Britney and his Mom are quite close, so he asked him to join his for Starbucks Coffee one afternoon. His Mom was waiting at the Starbucks Coffee shop when Britney arrived and he was so happy to see him. After they spoke about a few other things, he then sought his advice about moving in with Jake, his bestie. His Mom prefers Jake so he said he is a wonderful partner, and he trusted him to take wonderful care of her. However, this was a matter he had to decide for herself, but he was always there for her. Britney moved in with Jake three months after that, and hasn’t regretted making that move! Jake takes wonderful care of his property and is always on top of pressing repair like hiring the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to send over a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist for service. This mostly happens during Springtime and fall before it’s time to either cool or heat the house. Jake told Britney one time that he had bought the property with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system and had an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist come to do an inspection. He found that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system was in wonderful condition, and it only needed a bit of tinkering. Jake uses washable air filters for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system because he says these are wonderful for the environment. The first time Britney saw washable air filters, he was fascinated and commended Jake for using the eco-friendly option.
