They came when they said they would and headed to the basement where the system was. After performing the air conditioning tune-up, they discovered that one of the sensitive parts of the quality Heating as well as A/C was broken, and they could not upgrade it. The school had to purchase a current a/c component right away, however fortunately, the cooling company provided the school financial assistance and a feasible payment plan. The a/c workers did the Heating as well as A/C replacement on the same day. I like how efficient they were at providing air conditioning services. They also took the management through some tips to keep the component functioning efficiently and optimally for a long time. The previous system was seasoned however could have been kept in a better condition as it still had a few years left. After three days of suffering and living in a seemingly hellish site, we finally got a current ductless mini-split to improve our comfort.
