I couldn’t wait until he got home from the HVAC company
My brother still lived at home for the first year after he got his HVAC certification. He quickly went from being an apprentice to one of the top HVAC technicians in the company. It seemed my brother had a natural proclivity to HVAC and his customers trusted him. He worked hard, and he treated his customers with respect. He always listened to what they had to say, and they appreciated him for listening. Last week, one of his customers called his phone number and started asking questions. I told them I wasn’t their HVAC technicians, but I would give him a message. Ten minutes later, another customer called. I told him he to talk to my brother because he was the HVAC expert. The girl apologized and asked why I was answering his phone. About that time, my brother came running into the house and grabbed his phone. I told him there was a girl on the phone, so he shouldn’t hang up. He said he had forgotten his phone, but he was the HVAC technician. I heard him laughing, and I knew she probably wasn’t an HVAC customer. He nodded at me as he walked out the door. I couldn’t wait until he got home from the HVAC company. I had quite a few questions about the girl with the sexy voice who told me she was calling to say good morning to her favorite HVAC technician. I really didn’t think she was just an HVAC customer. I didn’t know if he would tell me the truth, but I planned on hounding him until he finally fessed up.
