I didn't want to go to the school careers fair

I had no intention of attending the career fair.

  • It would be the same as the previous year.

All juniors and seniors were mandated to attend the career fair. We were required to select three careers that we would most like to pursue and explain why. I intended to repeat what I did last year. I would visit the career fair briefly and then waste the rest of the school afternoon. I desired to spend time with my friends before our graduation in a few months. Bryan was the first individual to visit a booth. His grandfather owned a local Heating and Air Conditioning business, and he was considering becoming a Heating and Air Conditioning supplier. Jake accompanied his grandfather, and the men appeared interested in what he had to say. Jesus was supine before the recruiting booth. He had discussed joining the Air Force. His mother’s hysterical sobbing whenever he brought up the subject was the only thing stopping him, but she wasn’t here this week. I was walking alone until I noticed a man standing alone in a corner, with no one conversing with him. I questioned what he was selling. He explained that he was there representing the local community school and promoting their career classes rather than their general classes. One year of school as opposed to four was an incredible opportunity. He stated that he offered Heating and Air Conditioning courses in addition to a few others, but I wasn’t really paying attention. I needed a job and enrolled in the Heating and Air Conditioning course that began two weeks after I graduated.
