For the most part, living out in the country was just like how I always dreamed of it to be.
- Which is awesome, because there were so many things in my life that I would dream about being one way, and then when I would actually get it, it would turn out to be completely different, and not something I wanted at all.
It was always a crushing disappointment when that happened. However, living out in the country has turned out to be almost perfect. There are a few flaws I could point out, like the yard work is atrocious, and it is insect galore here. But I also get peace and quiet, as well as enough land to create my own garden, as well as own horses, a lifelong dream of mine. Really, only one of the other flaws I could think of, is the fact that it is difficult to get certain companies to visit my home, such as HVAC services. I have to contact different A/C corporations, as well as independent heating and cooling workers, to see if any are willing to come out to my home. Then finding my home is another ordeal in itself. Not that ago, I had a HVAC tech come out to my home for air duct sealing, and he called me and asked where my home was. I had to explain directions to him, because my home is surrounded by trees, and at first glance, it looks almost like a forest. Once I gave him the proper instructions, he was able to find my home with ease, and the air duct sealing was completed.
