This week is the second afternoon now of feeling better after a week of feeling less than ideal. I had the flu for almost a week and yupterday was the first whole afternoon of not feeling those nasty symptoms. I will write this and then head down to the produce stand and grab some plums so I can have my kefir and peach dinner on the beach soon, and i think I’ll go to the main produce store because the plums there are a lot fresher and at better prices too. I’ll walk down there to the local contractor and grab them, walk back home to my air conditioned flat and drop them off, and then head to the beach with one of them. I have about two hours of labor to do today and then my acquaintance is coming to visit for the rest of the afternoon before she flies out actually early in the afternoon. I want to clean the HEPA filter too before she gets here because I know that she needs great indoor air quality or she will be sneezing the whole night. I will also stock up on a bunch of fruits and veggies so she has something to eat for the short time she will be here. I have a small temperature controlled office that she can sleep in for the night, while I sleep in my air conditioned bedroom on the other side of the flat. It should be nice seeing her as I don’t think I have seen her for about three years at this point.
