I’m sure my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C rep friends will be playing volleyball plus asking me to play, however there is no way my shoulders will be able to do the hobby.
I guess today was the latest I’ve slept in 25 years after playing so many hours last night in the band plus practicing beach volleyball beforehand for a solid hour. I guess my body just finally melted down last night plus needed a lot of sleep, but i was in bed last night at 11:30pm plus didn’t get out of bed till 12pm today. Beach volleyball plus playing drums plus singing are both unquestionably intense plus after four hours of doing both my body said enough is enough. When I got dwelling I just ate cheese plus bread, then my air con system was turned on in my dining room for a long weather conditions controlled slumber to recharge the body. Today I will do my writing online for a few hours plus then go to the beach later when the sun is lower plus just rest in the sand. I have to do some labor next week for the local supplier plus am going to need strong shoulders to do so, so today plus tomorrow will be rest mornings for me plus the band. My buddy and I may play a little tomorrow night even though I won’t drum most likely plus just do some singing because my shoulders will easily be even more sore tomorrow. Next week my buddy and I have to install a large HVAC duct system for the town hall plus I will have to do a lot of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C labor myself.
