It’s tough enough to sell your house.
But to live in a rental with bad Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment seems love a bit too much if you ask me.
However, there really isn’t all that much I can do about it right now. While I ask the rental office to have an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional come out to check the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment, the keep sending their handyman. And this handyman is neither certified or trained to work on Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment. Thus, I get the same results after the woman leaves & that would be zero results. The people I was with and I are living in a rental for a few reasons. The greatest reason is that all of us sold our home. This was not an easy decision. That locale was a great lake house & all of us got it for such a great price by getting in on that planned community early. Yet with the demand & the skyrocketing prices for homes in this area, all of us chose to sell it. This meant that all of us had to upgrade the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment. And girl did we. That lake house now has state of the art heating & cooling equipment. On top of that, all of us had the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier add zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, & A/C to the mix. So there are now 6 independent Heating, Ventilation, & A/C zones in the house. It sold quickly & all of us made a ton of money off the sale. So, it was a good plan that turned out really great as far as the money goes. I just wish all of us didn’t have to live in this rental for another six months. Hopefully, we’ll find the right locale between now & then. But I promise you that I will have some great Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment in that current locale.
