The people I was with and I all make choices in our lives that end up dictating the paths all of us take.
For me, it was my passion for social work that had a lot to do with the way my life panned out. By & large, it’s worked out well. I love the work I do & I work in a nicely appointed & Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tested office. Plus, I even met my wifey through my task. However, one drawback of what I do for a living is the salary. This is definitely not a field to get into if you are looking to get rich. The salary is okay although I had to deal with home life for far longer than I had ever expected to. That means various more years of loud neighbors & insufficient heating & cooling. However, that chapter of our lives is now over. But all of us are still not quite to the finish line just yet. The lake house all of us were able to afford came with a lot of needs. And since all of us are on a narrow budget, all of us are the renovation crew. In fact, all of us are living in a camper just outside the lake house that all of us are renovating. The people I was with and I have a space oil furnace in the camper & will hopefully be out of the camper before the heat of Summer hits. In fact, all of us are getting our current Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment in the next week or so. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier is coming out to upgrade the heat pump & that will go a long way toward making our lake house a home. It’s going to be a dream come tploy to truly own our own lake house & live together comfortably thanks to good heating & cooling.
