I appreciate the ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system also because it is a zoned Heating, Ventilation, & A/C
I have constantly suffered with dust irritations that is why I was excited to buy a home with ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. With our old house, it didn’t matter how often I had the air duct cleaned, I still constantly had dust irritations, and even though HEPA filters did little to help. All of us happened to be in the market for a beach house anyway & after that I came across this gem. It had everything both of us wanted plus it had a ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system so both of us bought the house. Of course both of us could have just had a ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system installed in our old home however I am so glad that both of us didn’t have to. All of us absolutely prefer our new house. All of us moved in 4 weeks ago & our dust irritations have been so much better. I know that the ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system is largely responsible for this fact. Although, having no carpeting in the beach house helps some too. I absolutely wish both of us had found this beach house earlier. I know I have already said it however I absolutely appreciate the ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. It is not only because of the dust sensitivity thing either. I appreciate the ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system also because it is a zoned Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. That means that both of us can set the thermostats differently in every room of the beach house if both of us wanted too. This is nice because both of us appreciate our dining room colder than the rest of the house, however before both of us accomplished this with portable air conditioning system in the dining room or space heating systems in the dining room, then now both of us can store those things away & just adjust the temperatures in our dining room.
