I took some clients to have breakfast at a fancy Italian eating establishment downtown.
I had a large method in mind, but I didn’t want to talk business until most people had eaten & no 1 had an empty stomach.
It is a known fact that eating establishments love to keep the a/c extra cold, as it is a superb way to ensure that your guests don’t linger for too long at a table, however, this eating establishment felt love quite the opposite, perhaps they even had the furnace running. I asked the manager if she could do something about the temperature, as I was beginning to sweat, & started to feel sad about giving my presentation in a tepid shirt, which was making myself and others sweat even more. The manager disappeared for multiple minutes & came back only to tell myself and others that the eating establishment’s Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan was having concerns, & that a specialist was currently laboring to service the problem. Once the meal was served, I began to think that I couldn’t handle the discomfort & that I would have to supply my presentation at another time, when abruptly, I felt the miraculous gust of cool air wisp across my face, & I realized that the a/c was back in full service. I immediately began to feel more comfortable, & was able to eat my meal without worrying about perspiring through my proposal. Had both of us arrived before the Heating as well as Air Conditioning specialist, I would not have been comfortable enough to supply my most confident presentation, & could have possibly lost the client.
