Rental AC almost broke own due to wrong furniture placement

Last Monday, I started servicing all of the A/C units inside of apartment building 1.

I work as a repair engineer for a large apartment complex. The lot has 12 apartment buildings plus there are 16 apartments inside of each building, and before the Summer season began, I ran tests on every single A/C unit in each of the apartments on the property. Last week, I started with building 1. I only made it through 3 A/C services, before I found a major problem. The tenant had a large clock situated in front of the door for the heating and A/C unit. The door has slats because there has to be usual airflow in order for the heating and A/C unit to correctly work. When I realized that the tenant had a large piece of furniture in front of the door, I had to transport it. I called one of the men that works for the property. He met me inside of the apartment plus the 2 of us carefully moved the furniture. Inside the heating and A/C closet I found a good deal of dust plus indoor pollutants, since there was barely any air flow. The heating and A/C unit was unquestionably dirty. The equipment was only a year outdated plus the motor was already making a slight sound. The manager sent a note to the tenant of that apartment after I left. He told the tenant not to put the furniture in front of the heating and A/C closet or any subsequent repairs would be his responsibility.
