I knew our sister had gone to college.

She had a master’s in her chosen field, however I couldn’t tell you what her chosen field was. I was more than 10 years older than she was, & every one of us never entirely communicated. It wasn’t until every one of us were at dad’s house for a family lunch that I finally realized how smart she was. She was shaking her head when she kissed me on the cheek. My wifey gave her a hug & I heard her say something, but not what she said. My wifey chuckled & thanked her. My curiosity was piqued & I asked what was going on. My wifey told me she had asked our sister to look at our website & give me some pointers on how to repair it. I frowned, wondering how our sister was going to help with our website. My wifey told me she had been laboring as a web developer in the state capital for almost many years now. She owned her own web development company & if anyone knew how to repair our website, it was her. I was shocked since I had no method what she did for a living. I still looked at her as a little girl. Who would have known our sister was so smart that she owned a web development corporation. I think I never entirely paid attention to her, but maybe it was time to take notice. I was entirely proud to say she was our sister.
