I have been having a major communication issue with my independent heating and air conditioning contractor as of lately.
I have been trying to get a simple HVAC tune up and check up, and the independent heating and air conditioning specialist and I can not seem to get our meeting times right. I try to tell him the right time frame when I will be home from work and he misunderstands and ends up coming too early when I am not home yet! Then I arrive home to a tag on my door from the heating and air conditioning contractor saying he was there. I was getting so mad that I nearly decided to start looking for a new heating and cooling contractor to service my central heat and a/c unit. However, after I had a serious discussion with the independent heat and a/c contractor we finally figured out this issue and got it all squared away and taken care of. Now my independent heat and a/c contractor is always on time to do any kind of HVAC work to my central heating and air conditioning system at the time that I actually schedule it with no more communication issues. He was really a great guy, so it was a good thing I was able to work this out. Because I would have felt really bad to have to fire him and go on the hunt for a new heating and air conditioning worker to take care of all my heating and cooling system needs moving forward.
