Who would have thought that weather stripping was causing the heat and air conditioner to not heat and cool my home?

I had an email from my electric company that said this coming holiday weekend they were giving a 50% discount on all energy used. This was fantastic news because it has been actually boiling lately and this means that I crank my central heating and air conditioner’s air conditioner actually high separate from having to worry about it taking up tons of energy.
