The central heating and A/C proposal was not working, then the thermostat would not turn on and when you went to turn it on, the central heating and A/C proposal unit would make this dead hum noise. I knew it had to be the motor. I went and immediately called the local heating and A/C dealer to see if they had any certified heat and A/C specialists available for emergency heating and air conditioning services. They did not. The soonest they could get someone out would be the next day! So it was off to a local hotel right when we got back from summer season vacation! We had been in a hotel for over a week, and now we come home just wanting to settle back in, and we have to go back to a hotel in our local area just to have quality A/C to get us through the day and night. I will say that the hotels locally are not as upper class as what we were staying at out of state. But at least the central A/C was fully working with no problems and it got us by until they could send their certified heating and A/C specialists out the next day to repair our central heating and A/C proposal unit.

I really don’t think people consider the body mind connection enough.

And that sort of seems like a pretty obvious thing to pay attention to.

I mean we are body and mind right? Yet, I spent a lot of my life using my body like a garbage bag. Spent a lot of time just doing nothing but sucking up the air conditioning at the bar while sucking down the suds. When my body finally just rejected all that nonsense, I really started to pay attention. The body mind connection can play a role in just about anything. I even save on air conditioning costs because of the it. Where I live, we deal with so much heat and humidity. Of course, there are four months over the summer where it’s hard to manage the heat without a good dose of HVAC cooling. But, like a lot of people, I once went way too far with the HVAC cooling during the peak summer heating hours. And that ended up costing me a bunch of money. Then, I decided to go body mind connection and save on all that air conditioning. I stopped myself from going right to the air conditioning in the spring and waited. Getting accustomed to having the house be in the upper 70’s actually allowed my body to acclimate to the heat. So when the real summer heat dropped on us, I could keep the thermostat in the low 80’s and it felt so nice compared to outside. Doing summer that way saved me several hundred dollars in HVAC utility costs. So maybe consider the mind body connection.
