The Quietest Air Conditioners

I need to go on my little bike ride soon as it is almost 2pm plus I haven’t been out of the flat yet.

I’m still in my pajamas haha, just like a ten year outdated kid watching cartoons till late in the afternoon.

I will write this last article plus after that I am going to get dressed plus get outside for a bit to get some fresh air. Today is Thursday plus it will be entirely packed on the streets, so I am going to go from zero to 100 when I walk out the door of my building, then heating plus a/c are on my mind this afternoon as I make an appointment with the Heating plus A/C dealer to get my main system took care of plus checked out. I am also thinking about my teeth lately as I ordered a tooth bleaching kit to get my teeth colorless again before going to the medical professional to get some cracks bonded to match the newly colorlessned teeth. Then the local dealer is going to have our band do a little commercial for them to put on their website, plus having colorless teeth will be good for the shoot. I have been neglecting my teeth for the past few years plus now it is time to put some energy into them plus get them back up to snuff. I saved some money from my Heating plus A/C tech job plus have some to put into my teeth so that they look nice again. I will entirely have to spend $500 on them but it will be well worth it.

I feel this week was the latest I’ve slept in 25 years after playing so several hours last night in the band & practicing beach volleyball beforehand for a solid hour.

I feel my body just finally melted down last night & needed a lot of sleep, and i was in bed last night at 11:30pm & didn’t get out of bed till 12pm this week.

Beach volleyball & playing drums & singing are both unquestionably intense & after four hours of doing both my body said enough is enough. When I got condo I just ate cheese & bread, then my air con system was turned on in my home office for a long climate controlled slumber to recharge the body. Today I will do my writing online for a few hours & then go to the beach later when the sunshine is lower & just rest in the sand. I’m sure my Heating & Air Conditioning rep friends will be playing volleyball & asking me to play, but there is no way my shoulders will be able to do the interest. I have to do some labor next week for the local business & am going to need strong shoulders to do so, so this week & tomorrow will be rest days for me & the band. My associate and I may play a little tomorrow night but I won’t drum most likely & just do some singing because my shoulders will actually be even more sore tomorrow. Next week my associate and I have to install a big ductwork system for the town hall & I will have to do a lot of the Heating & Air Conditioning labor myself.

Anyway, this week is a disinfect my washable HEPA filter morning as well as also a morning of washing my radiant floors, as it has been a while since I did any chores around the flat as well as it is getting a bit dirty in this locale. This week is a morning of feeling grateful, grateful for being well again after a weeklong battle with the flu, plus grateful for this job that keeps me going in life.

I am grateful for the handful of friends I have plus grateful for being in such a cool band that makes some good songs.

We’ve uploaded 25 of those songs plus I can’t wait to see what kind of songs my enjoyable friend and I will be making in the coming years. I bet that in five years my enjoyable friend and I will have made a entirely good song that people like to hear over plus over, then heating plus cooling system labor at the dealership helps me fuel my songs dream as it pays all my bills plus allows me to save some each month too, however this week is Monday plus I feel like I’ve been reborn again after getting well from that illness that was entirely knocking me down. I have to get my labor done first, along with my yoga routine plus a short beach workout later, then I will be all set for my corporation plus it should be a nice evening. My associate and I will sit beside the mini split cooling system unit later when the temps heat up plus just catch up a bit before she flies out legitimately early tomorrow morning. It should be a nice evening plus I look forward to seeing an outdated plus friendly face.

I am plugging away with my workday and it should all be done in about an hour and a half at the most.

I could really knock it all out in an hour if I really focused and worked away, but there is always a distraction that pops up requiring some of my time and attention.

As long as I am done by 3pm this week I should be fine, then my friend and I will have time to do the other chores around the flat and I should be all set by the time my contractor arrives. I am going to run the air conditioning later because it is going to get pretty hot this afternoon, which is expected as it is the middle of May now and the temps are getting up there into the temperature control zone. It won’t get really hot until the end of June though so my friend and I won’t have to run the unit all of the time until that time comes. July and October require non stop air con in the flat and it won’t let up till the middle of November when the cool weather comes rushing in pushing the warmer weather out for the winter. I am going to meet some of my family in July in another country and escape the heat here for a little while. It will be nice seeing my Heating and A/C rep brother and his kids in eight more weeks and I know the country my friend and I are meeting in will be cooler so my friend and I won’t need any air conditioning while my friend and I are there for the two weeks.

This week is the second day now of feeling better after a week of feeling less than ideal. I had the flu for almost a week and yepterday was the first whole day of not feeling those nasty symptoms. I will write this and then head down to the produce sit and grab some plums so I can have my kefir and peach dinner on the beach soon! I know I’ll go to the main produce store because the plums there are a lot fresher and at better prices too. I’ll walk down there to the local company and grab them, walk back cabin to my air conditioned flat and drop them off, and then head to the beach with one of them. I have about two hours of labor to do this week and then my neighbor is coming to visit for the rest of the day before he flies out really early in the morning. I want to disinfect the HEPA filter too before he gets here because I know that he needs enjoyable indoor air quality or he will be sneezing the whole night. I will also stock up on a bunch of fruits and veggies so he has something to eat for the short time he will be here. I have a small temperature controlled office that he can sleep in for the night, while I sleep in my air conditioned study room on the other side of the flat. It should be nice seeing his as I don’t know I have seen his for about three years at this point.
