There are air duct issues in our household and we are having cold spots all over the locale. It’s the most discouraging thing that I have ever dealt with when it comes to our heating and cooling system in this house. We have been residing here for several years now, however I have never actually had an issue with the heating or cooling system at all. At this point, the weather is finally heating up a little bit outside and spring is finally here and so the temperatures are rising just a little bit. That means that we can finally turn the furnace off in the home, and it’s not a day too soon for me to turn it off either. It feels like we have run the furnace in the household for months. Winter has been actually long around here this year, and so I’m glad to stop having to pay the heating bills now that Spring is here, and now I am starting to feel that there is something else wrong with our heating and cooling system. Now whenever the heating or cooling system kicks on I have started to notice that there are cold spots here and there throughout the house. I know that when there are cold spots in your house, that absolutely means that you have some issues with your HVAC duct. I read about this a couple of weeks ago when I noticed the cold spot situation in my residing room and the home office. I read about it on an HVAC blog online and it said that I need to have some HVAC duct sealing done. I guess that makes sense, however I hope it won’t actually cost me too much.

My HVAC supplier is running a special this month, and I can hardly fathom it.

I have been using the same HVAC supplier for years now, and I cannot remember them ever running a special on a furnace tune up or an air conditioner tune up in all this time.

I guess I just always assumed that they did not need the extra business so that was why they never had any kinds of specials running. Now though, I do not actually know if that was the case at all, but maybe they just did not want to spend any of their currency on advertising dollars. At this point, they still do not seem like they need the business, but they are running a large special. When I first saw that they were going to be having this heating tune up special I was shocked. I am definitely going to be taking advantage of the special since I would pay to have my furnace tuned up by them anyway at full price. That is what I have been doing for the past six years, and once I found this HVAC supplier and I liked the people there and the high quality of the jobs that they have done for me, I decided to use them anyway. I have been using them for all of my HVAC needs, even though they are not exactly the cheapest guys around. I firmly believe in high quality workmanship over the pricing of the products or service. That’s how I have always been and I don’t mind paying more for things if they are worth it. The indoor air quality in my household is actually pressing to me, and so that’s why I don’t mind paying more! However, if I can get this heating tune up at a fantastic deal, I definitely will.

She needed boiler repair, but being new to the area, she needed to figure out how to get the right HVAC technician. We stayed over for a week to help her finish unpacking because she’d been stalling for three months. We added finding an HVAC repairman to the list of things to do while there so that we’d leave her with a functional heater. So, instead of going as a group to each central heater shop, we split and then came back to share feedback on the customer service in each business. We picked the business I went to because I left there knowing about furnace/heater tune-up in more detail than the others. With the issue fixed, I went back to buy a furnace filter for my unit before we left, and I wish they installed it for me too, but I lived far.

My central heater decided it’d had enough of my constant furnace/heater tune-up, yet it sent me signs that it was done serving my heating and cooling system needs. The heating and cooling provider had already told me that the heating technology was out of commission, but I stubbornly refused to listen. I was self-preserving because I couldn’t afford a heater upgrade. A boiler was cheaper and more affordable, but I didn’t want it, leaving me with an electric furnace that the HVAC technician told me would be perfect. The cost, however, was too high for me. I wanted to keep waiting, but I couldn’t survive without the heat in the house. I shared this with the HVAC repairman when he came to do a boiler repair for my neighbor, and I’m glad I shared my problem because I found a solution. The heating contractor told me that the local business where we got our furnace filter stock had an interest-free pay-in installment plan allowing me to pay for the unit without struggling. That discovery was quite a relief for me because there was no way I would find money to replace it. With student debts, rent, and other expenses and utilities to handle, my budget needed to be more balanced. I’d also spent several months repairing, so my emergency savings had been significantly depleted. Moving houses was also not an option, but paying in installments was perfect. I’m almost done paying now, and I’d recommend it for everyone struggling with HVAC issues.

That was just a plus of involving the HVAC repairman, but the real reason is that I feared a malfunction would either shock me or burn me to death. I avoided houses with any other type of HVAC equipment that I felt would threaten my safety. Boilers, for example, are in a category of heating technology that I would want to avoid living with. I thought about possible carbon monoxide poisoning, and that was enough to induce a panic attack. My parents home used a furnace for heating, and my dad was once a heating and cooling provider, so every furnace/heater tune-up and furnace filter cleaning and replacement was done on a routine, and we never had to worry. I’d live in a house with a central heater too, but all the houses in my area have installed other options for a modern heating and cooling system. I had work away from my hometown and was hosted by a very kind family my parents knew from college. It was just before winter heat, so the days kept getting colder, and their boiler was on for a lot longer than on warmer days. I remember we were eating dinner when the smoke alarm went off. The decluttering went first, then came the maintenance for various things.

The house had an old and rusted boiler in the basement that had outgrown any possible boiler repair. The owners had been using a furnace heater instead but even that needed extensive furnace/heater tune-up. We had to buy new functional HVAC equipment, and we couldn’t afford to, so we called in a heating contractor to help with the project. The HVAC repairman tried to work on each heating technology, but we were out of luck. We all thought that reviving at least one of them would be as simple as replacing a furnace filter, but due to neglect, the HVAC technician recommended a full replacement. Finding the funds for it took a lot of work since we were working on a fixed budget. But miraculously, I can only call it a miracle because someone offered to pay full price for a new one. We couldn’t install a central heater because the house needed more space for ductwork, although that was the cheaper option, and the electric furnace was way beyond all our budgets. Our procurement expert managed to get a deal with the heating and cooling provider, saving us a bit of money from the purchase and installation costs. For the last week of our project, we had a plumber and an HVAC technician team around the house doing installations, and it was such a lively part of the project. Once the installation was done, we scheduled the HVAC repairman for maintenance to ensure that the new unit received better care.

• It’s amazing how much better I feel with a good night of sleep.

I need to duplicate my methodology of last night before bed, and one of them was not using the computer past 9pm, which is probably why I slept so well last night. The problem lies in the summer when we are on the beach till after 9pm and when I get home I don’t have any time to use my pc if I want to sleep. Maybe I’ll use my pc before the beach so that when I come home I’m done with it. Heating and cooling system work online is what I do during the day so I guess there is no reason to open my laptop after playing ball by the local business near the beach. I’ll just come home and listen to the radio and relax without using my laptop so my body can make the melatonin it needs for me to get a good night of sleep. Tomorrow we are going to play in this air conditioned beach bar, or maybe outside of the place on the beach if it is too full, and we are going to make some new songs about working for the cooling supplier in town. We will go to all of the beach bars soon and hand out our business cards to try and get some gigs in the clubs for the summer while the places are packed with tourists wanting to have fun. I just need a good climate control system in a bar as a prerequisite to playing.

I’m trying to make some songs with more emotion instead of the goofy kid sounding songs we’ve been making.

The song is a bit bluesy and I think it is a pretty cool song sung in a different way than the other songs on the same topic. We just keep putting out new songs and keep trying to find our voice as we practice. We get business cards tomorrow and will be doing shows in clubs with HVAC systems this summer, as it gets really hot and we need some a/c while we perform in these clubs this summer. In the winter we are going to be traveling around in an RV and doing shows all around the country. When winter comes we are going to play in clubs with good heating systems or fireplaces to keep us warm, mostly in ski resorts in the ski towns. I would like to make a good album next year with our top songs, which are about 8 or 10 so far. The cooling representative told us that our songs are really good and that she wants to have us play in the HVAC corp soon for the workers and customers. We need about five or six more good songs and then we can start putting that album together and see what kind of response we get from it. I will talk to the heating supplier and see if they want us to do a show next month.

I thought he was blowing us off, however the next afternoon he had already changed the existing website, and my buddy and I were seeing activity on our contact us page.
