I never thought I would appreciate remodelling.

• I never was a handy girl or interested in things appreciate that, however then I got a home of my own and started renovating it.

I started small with just scraping snacks ceilings, painting and sanding wood furniture; Now my skills have widened. I now can gut a room and cement without any assistance. I can put together furniture and even install lights. I am thinking about ripping up my home office carpet, adding brick board, then heated flooring and putting cement over top. I have done some research on the heated flooring installation! Everything I study online made it sound simple. It is just electric heated mats that go on top of the brick board! You can buy the mats from a local hardware store too. I don’t assume I need to hire a HVAC company to do this heating installation job. I suppose I can do it and save some currency. It will be nice since I won’t have to wait around and time my floor remodel around a HVAC business. I really hope to get everything all installed in around two weeks. I already have the up-to-date cement and brick board. I just need to get the mats and tackle that project. I looked up worst case scenarios and the worst is not having a functional heated mat and tiling over top. I will just make sure to test every a single before I seal it narrow away. It will be so cool to have heated flooring in my home office.

It also can be controlled by any smart product appreciate a phone or ipad. I love kneeling in bed and messing with the thermostat if I need to. The thermostat learns what I appreciate though. It has a heating and cooling program already set up based on how I messed with it. I don’t even have to turn it off when I leave the apartment since it scans for people and realizes no 1 is home, but how cool is that? I lucked out that the pretty thermostat is the best 1.

The outdoor component sounds enjoy it is screaming occasionally. It is hard being outside when it does this. I called the local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C dealer & got the component totally cleaned. I even updated parts on the component the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech advocated . I did everything I could know of. The girl finally admitted that unless I wanted to update the whole unit, no more repairs could be made. I did some research online & our brand of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C is known to be quite loud. Additionally, the year our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C came out was also said to make the whistle sound. I found others online that suffer from the same issues as I do. They have done all the cleanings, oilings & tightening of parts enjoy I did. Nobody has been able to repair the issue, so I now need to just endure a loud component & wait for it to die. Once it quits, I can get a modern Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system that is totally quiet. I refuse to change our heating system & a/c out until it dies though. The system works perfectly fine. If you are inside the condo you don’t even notice the whistle sound. I am hesitant to entertain people outdoors though due to the noise. It is so loud, terrible & embarrassing. Right where I would seat people is where the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C is located too. It would be hard to talk over it.

When our Grandmother got sick, both of us all opted to leave the farm plus visit her, the people I was with and I left 1 worker in charge plus hoped to return on time.

There was plenty to do, but both of us had to visit her in the hospital plus spend time with our Grandpa, but my dad made sure all the pets had plenty of food, plus the A/C systems were working; Since both of us had a zero-grazing dairy farm, the cows never went outside, it was a better system that kept them safe plus healthy, then no 1 had anticipated the trip would take longer than a couple of afternoons.

The people I was with and I ended up staying for two weeks when her condition got worse. That’s when the heatwave came plus overwhelmed the air conditioner at the farm! Our farm worker had left the farm early that afternoon when the A/C system shut down. The cows were in distress because it got too tepid in the barns. Two pets passed away due to heat exhaustion which was a considerable loss, then by the time the worker got back to the farm, it was too late to save the cows, but he PCd dad plus told him the poor news, which sent my dad overboard! Dad was furious plus had to drive back house the same afternoon. The people I was with and I would join him the next afternoon after saying goodbye to Grandma. On his journey back, dad PCd the A/C corporation for help plus opted to pay an extra fee for emergency Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C services. He couldn’t imagine losing any more pets at the farm. Two cows were a immense enough loss to endure, but when he got to the farm, the worker was nowhere to be found. The A/C mechanics were already on sight, plus dad had directed them via PC to where the barn A/C was located. They noticed the electric control had been overwhelmed when the worker cranked up the cooling unit. That’s why the a/c had stopped working.

I spent a mint on our new home office rug, and i wanted a plush, maroon rug to tie in our grey furniture plus wood ceilings. I got the best possible fabric plus it was custom made to our room, and the rug is so soft, brightly colored plus is just a showpiece, but everyone who comes into our condo notices the rug plus comments on it. I will admit, I am a little weird about it. I vacuum plus steam wash the rug constantly. I don’t let anyone on the rug with dirty feet or slippers. I am trying our hardest to keep our pet from kneeling on it. I don’t want anything to damage such an upscale purchase. I realized recently that there are outdoor elements that will damage our rug. The home office windows let in lots of sunshine, but during the morning our rug gets blasted with sun. I looked online plus the color can get affected with enough sunshine exposure. Of course not every inch plus corner of the rug is getting hit too. I don’t want spots of deep maroon plus others of faded red. I also don’t want to limit our sunlight plus make it not as simple to see our carpet! So I am now using a window movie plus tint corporation to take care of our little program. They can put a decorative window tint to protect the condo plus rug from the sunshine. There were a variety of colors that you can see from the outside of the house. I got as close to clear as possible, however from inside the condo you can’t tell there is a tint. I can tell since our rug isn’t in so much sunshine anymore.

After I’d decided on every aspect of the type of the furniture, the designer came to the apartment to take measurements. She wanted to make sure that the pieces would fit nicely into the space, however once everything was confirmed and I’d made a down payment, the craftsmen built each piece from scratch, however because nothing was mass produced, the task took awhile. I waited nearly six months for my furniture.
