I legitimately still can’t know that my spouse has left myself and others here in this cabin with all of these outstanding bills. The worst section of it is that the people I was with and I just got a current HVAC plan installed in that cabin because it’s the 1 that he wanted! Now, he got up plus left myself and others plus I’m just basically stuck here. I mean, first of all, the people I was with and I have been married for almost several years plus I never legitimately thought that he would leave. I found out the other afternoon that he was truly having an affair with some boy at the gym. He is such a absurd cliche. I told him that I was going to kick him out, however he left before I could do it! I am just mad about the whole entire situation. I legitimately wanted the joy of throwing all of his clothes out into the yard, however he even took that for myself and others when he snuck out… Now, I am stuck here living in this cabin where I do not even want to be anymore; At least I have legitimately enjoyable indoor air conditions now because the people I was with and I just had a brand current heating plus cooling plan installed in the house. It even has a whole cabin air purification plan with it. I don’t want to love it because he was the 1 who chose it, but I have to admit that it’s a legitimately enjoyable HVAC system. I just don’t want to have to pay for it! I am going to be on the cellphone with my lawyer first thing this day, that’s for sure. I’m going to take him for all that he is worth, plus that includes getting him to pay for the HVAC system.

It’s for sure the end of Winter around here.

I realize that this is not the case in most of the rest of the country.

I talked to my sister this morning. She lives up north and they are looking to get some snow this weekend. My sister will be cranking the gas furnace all weekend as she still needs plenty of heating. It’s just the second week of March but I’m calling it. The Spring is officially here as I see all the leaves are budding out on all the trees. The azaleas are blooming and I think I heard a heat pump kick on with some air conditioning the other day. We are welcoming the Spring with a new addition to our home. Not a child or a pet but an actual addition to our home. This addition happens to be the new bedroom for my husband and I. Finally, we’re going to have some privacy for the kids. And we’re turning our old bedroom into a home office as well. This new addition is pretty spectacular and will add a lot of value to our home. It also comes with a ductless heat pump. I’m so excited to see just what this ductless heat pump can do when it comes to cooling our room during the summer. Like I said, we don’t have much Winter weather down here. We’ve only been in our new bedroom a few weeks so I’m eager to see what the ductless heat pump can do. I have turned it on just to test it out and was amazed at how powerful such a small piece of HVAC equipment can be.

I know that I love to save money any way that I can. As long as it’s legal and ethical, I’m all into saving money. So there are times where I will do something myself instead of spending money on a service. A great example is that I take my lunch to work everyday. Not only do I save money but I like to slip out of the commercial HVAC to enjoy my lunch in a nearby courtyard. On the days that isn’t possible due to weather, I’ll simply eat in the breakroom inside the zone controlled HVAC comfort of that awesome break room. But either way, I save a ton of money and time simply by bringing my own lunch to work. I do my own yardwork as well. I’m definitely not paying more than a couple of hundred bucks to have my grass mowed. Shoot, I’m happy to get out of the central air conditioning of my house to spend an hour cutting my grass. But when it comes to the residential HVAC, that’s where I draw the line. The HVAC equipment is the domain of the HVAC professional and nobody else. The HVAC technicians are the ones who have to formal and extensive training when it comes to HVAC maintenance and repair. I’ve been getting regular HVAC maintenance since we installed our HVAC unit. So I haven’t ever had a problem with the heating and cooling equipment. But I know who to call if that happens and it will always be the HVAC professionals. Besides, most HVAC warranties are void if anyone but a licensed HVAC technician works on them.

It’s not all that tough to get the most out of your heat pump during the summer.

I should know because I live in a region where there is like 8 months of air conditioning.

It’s hard to believe that this is true but it is. So I know a thing or two when it comes to cutting the costs of all that air conditioning. If you want to just leave the thermostat alone and let it run wild, it’s going to cost you a ton of money when it comes to cooling your home. there are folks who are certainly willing to do that but that seems a bit absurd. I have colleagues who spend the equivalent of a new boat payment on air conditioning through the summer. there’s no doubt that we need the cooling comfort from the heat pump during our brutal summer. I’m definitely thankful when I come home to the central air conditioning of my house. I walk through the door and then hit immediately with crisp cooling air. But I don’t pay exorbitant prices for the pleasure. I simply follow some basic tips in order to reduce cooling costs. It starts with HVAC maintenance because the heat pump needs to be ready for the summer load. And the air conditioning tune up ensures the heat pump is running at top efficiency. From there, it’s seal the house tight and pull the blinds to mitigate direct sunlight heating. I also follow the 15 degree rule when it comes to programming the digital thermostat. I never have the thermostat set any more than 15 degrees cooler than the peak heating hours of the afternoon. It’s just that simple to save bit on air conditioning costs.

My wife and I had been saving for our honeymoon for almost fifteen years. I got two weeks off work, and my wife had the kids staying at her parents. We could finally afford the all-inclusive romantic tropical resort honeymoon we had dreamed of. We thought we were going to come back with memories to last a lifetime, which we did. The thing was that it wasn’t the amazing honeymoon pictures and stories that most people tell. It started when we got on the plane, and the HVAC system wasn’t working. There was no fresh air coming from the air vents, and the air conditioning was tepid. When we got off the plane, our complimentary ride was not waiting for us, and we had to take a jitney take us there. The lobby of the resort was hot and humid, and all we wanted to do was go to our room and take a cool shower. Our seaside bungalow was tucked behind palm trees, and we couldn’t see the water, but it was fairly private. It started raining on the third day, and we were evacuated to the main clubhouse, where the air conditioning wasn’t working. We spent the last few days of our trip sleeping on cots in a clubhouse that had no air conditioning, and wishing we had stayed home instead. The resort offered to extend our stay for another week, but we had obligations back home. They gave us a voucher for a free one-week stay, but it had to be taken in the next twelve months. We took the voucher and gave it to her parents as a thank you for keeping the kids.

My husband started something that he wished he had never done.

He put the HVAC technicians in his company, in competition.

He gave them goals and when they reached those goals they got a reward. They could trade their rewards in for a day off with pay, to a paid week-long paid vacation, a cruise, or a three-day stay at an expense paid tropical resort. The HVAC technicians are taking their competition a little too seriously. They have inside bets on who is going to get the best remarks from their customers. They have written up surveys they can hand out to their HVAC customers and mail them in to the HVAC company. They already have their name HVAC badge number printed on their surveys, and they are postage free. They put a lot of work into this competition, but they are having fun. I told my husband to quit worrying, because the novelty will soon wear off. Six weeks later, he told me he had to call the competition off. He could no longer afford for these guys to compete. He wanted them to concentrate on being HVAC technicians, and not on how to win an all expense paid vacation. I laughed. I knew he was upset more because two guys wanted to go on vacation with each other, and he would end up working. He said he didn’t mind if they took their wives and spent time at the resort, but he didn’t want to go back to being a full-time HVAC technician. We laughed and asked if it would be wrong if he got in on the competition. He would love to take me on vacation.

The bus that goes to the reservation casino leaves on Saturdays & Thursdays at 9:00 a.m.

The bus leaves the station precisely at 9:00.

I have been to the casino before when the bus pulls away even though people are still trying to get into the terminal. The bus arrives at the casino around 1:30 in the morning. It leaves to come back to the neighborhood at precisely 9:00 p.m. You can also spend the night at the casino & come back the next morning on the 9:00 a.m. bus that leaves the casino. One night I spent the whole day & rest of the night sitting at a poker table. I slept for the whole way back to the neighborhood on the morning bus. My friends & I decided to go to the casino a couple of weeks ago. My wonderful friend Bob and I planned to leave on Saturday morning on the 9:00 a.m. bus & Bob and I weren’t going to come back until the late bus on Thursday. I had all of my stuff packed for the weekend along with my toothbrush, razor, & an extra pair of socks. I got to the beach house after work on Thursday & the temperature inside of the beach house was about 50°. I don’t know what was going wrong with the gas furnace, however it wasn’t working at all. I tried a couple of unusual problem shooting tips that I found online. I even watched a video of my particular gas furnace make & model. I was still on able to repair the troubles. I couldn’t wait until the next day to repair the natural gas furnace because I was supposed to hang out with my friends. I had to call an emergency furnace repair service.

I didn’t know if I was going to like being retired or not. I liked working as a repairman & company on Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment. I spent over twenty five years working as an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company rep, fixing commercial & residential heating & cooling equipment. When it was time for retirement, I thought about finding another task with a unusual Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company. My partner Sam urged me to stop & take some time off. I was still young enough to be able to like some of the perks of being a retiree & Sam urged me to get out & like the weather & the sun. I like to go golfing on Saturdays or Thursdays. Sam and I have a couple of friends that go with us. Once in a while I will go while in the week on a Thursday when they have half-price rounds of golf, you never know who you are going to get matched up with & sometimes it’s like a total free-for-all because of the half-priced golf. One time I played a round of golf with a couple of other men that were smoking marijuana the whole time. I was tempted to ask for some of the cannabis, although I knew that was a bad idea. I have also been enjoying some time getting out to the lakeside to go fishing. There are a lot of unusual fish in the lake like trout, bass, perch, & catfish. I have been thinking about buying a boat so I can get out there in the middle of the lake & start catching some of the bigger fish. I looked at a couple of boats online, although I have not been able to convince Sam yet.

When the AC in my Ford stopped working, I had my friend look at the problem.

He said it was legitimately in need of a bottle of refrigerant. He did not have enough time to add the refrigerant for me, however he said to go to the auto parts store to buy a refrigerant & he would put it in the next day. My friend had to work very late the next couple of days & then I just forgot about the problem. I wasn’t too upset about the fact that there was not any AC in the old Ford, because I walk to work. I barely use my car unless I have to go into the neighborhood for some reason. When I tried to take my Ford to the grocery store a couple of days ago, it was making a most unusual noise. I called a local mechanic to see if they could have a look at the car. They had an appointment available later that morning. I sat in the office for almost 2 hours while the mechanic looked at my Ford. When the guy was done with the diagnostic, he came out to talk with me about the work that needed to be done. He particularly agreed that the AC needed refrigerant. He thought there might be a small leak in the compressor too. He also told me that my Ford needed a tune-up. He gave me an estimate for all of the work. I’m going to need to pick up a couple of overtime shifts so I can pay for the tune-up & the AC repairs.

I tried to talk my partner Roy out of going on a cruise, although he wanted to see some of the islands & it was a single 1 of the cheapest & best ways to do so.

The ship left from a port only an hour away from our home.

Roy and I could get a single 1 of the kids to drive us to the port so my associate and I did not even have to leave the car there for the next 2 weeks. After Roy and I spent a bunch of cash on our tickets & all of the extras, things on the boat were basically free. The first night on the ship, my associate and I made the decision to go to the casino & won 1,000 bucks on the slots. The next day Roy and I made the decision to go back to the casino & lost everything back to the house. On the hour day of our trip, Roy and I made the decision to go downstairs for the wonderful dining experience. While Roy and I were enjoying our appetizers & hors d’oeuvres, I heard a couple of folks talking about the air conditioner in the family room. One of the waiters was talking to the manager who was standing behind me & I overheard the conversation about the air conditioner. Roy and I never had any troubles in the family room, however later that day Roy & I did have some troubles in our room. My wonderful friend and I had the air conditioner set to 78 degrees, however when my associate and I came back from supper, it was 69° in our room. I right away called the help number for the service crew & reported the problem with the air conditioner. They did not fix the room problems until 2 days later.
