I never managed to learn how to relax until I recently started meditation practice plus now I realize that feeling great is something I truly must learn. I was performing 13 shows a month for a decade with comedy until I eventually was able to notice how frantic I was. My dad was a local contractor himself plus was honestly more successful with it than I was with my comedy because he went at a more relaxed pace. I guess I still have a huge amount to learn plus hopefully I have the time left to do so. I now spend my afternoons feeling relaxed more plus have since quit the comedy dream plus now pursue music, at a relaxed pace of course. I wish my dad still ran his Heating plus Air Conditioning machine supplier plus that I could go there one more time to see him in the back of the shop working on Heating plus Air Conditioning machines while he listened to his enjoyable music. I don’t even know why I have such a frantic energy inside of me, however I’m hoping that meditation plus bi-weekly yoga will help quell it a bit. I guess I’m finally learning what it means to feel relaxation.

I ran his HVAC equipment corporation at a relaxed pace and still was able to make a pretty huge amount of money and be successful with it. I never actually learned how to relax until I recently started meditation practice and now I realize that living the good life is something the two of us need to learn. I was performing 13 shows a month for 10 years with comedy until I finally came to notice how frantic I was. My dad was a local contractor and was way more successful with it than I was with my comedy because he went at an easy pace. I believe I still have a fairly good amount to learn and hopefully I have the time left to do so. I now spend most of my time feeling great more and have since quit the comedy pursuit and now pursue music, at a totally reasonable pace of course. I wish my dad still ran his HVAC equipment corporation and that I could go there a single more time to see him in the back of the shop, easily working on HVAC equipment while he listened to his unbelievable music. I don’t actually know the reason why I have such a frantic energy inside of me but hopefully meditation and weekly yoga will help quell it to a certain degree. I’ve lived in the same area my entire life, I was born up North, but my parents moved to the South absolutely shortly after that, and my body is pretty accustomed to the warm temperatures, but it still struggles with the pollen.

My pollen irritations feel like they have gotten worse every single year.

My parents have typically been actually good about swapping out the air filters in the HVAC system, upgrading our media air cleaner, and even keeping an air filter in my bedroom for extra protection while I’m sleeping. My pollen irritations are the worst when I am waking up in the afternoon, so I know the small media air cleaner actually helps with that. I recently discovered that for the gas furnace, radiant floor heating could actually be a better option than the central heater, but central oil furnaces blow heated air through the air ducts and out of the air vents, since the oil furnaces aren’t used that much throughout the year, they can tend to build up a lot of gunk as well as that blows out with the warm air, radiant heated flooring eliminates the need for air vents because it simply radiates heat into the room it is in, this would be great for my pollen irritations since I wouldn’t be breathing in any pollutants or built-up gunk. I’m not sure if swapping out the method in their condo would be doable at this point, but it’s absolutely something that I would like keeping in mind for the future. I would like to buy a home sometime in the next few years.
