Next week Jane and I are going to completely revamp the online website for our Heating, Ventilation & A/C service dealer.

Jane plus myself have been talking about the changes for a while.

The aged website was antiquated plus it did not even have our new logo. I found a local marketing contractor through Google to help make some changes to the website. I liked all of the mock drawings that they gave us plus I was honestly impressed with the new logo. The marketing contractor set us both up with keywords on the front page, an affix exchange page, plus the ability to do paper click advertising. Pay per click ads were crucial to me, because I wanted to be run ads for some of our more unknown services prefer ductless AC installations, radiant heated flooring services, plus industrial air filtration device installation. These are services that someone would hunt for on line, but companies might not identifiably advertise the services; By using PPC advertising, I can zoom in on the needs of a few particular clients instead of a sizable group of people. My new position is interesting plus neat

I just landed a new position that is honestly interesting.

I finished our four-year degree in May plus I started looking for a position in our primary field of study. At first I tried to find a task honestly working for a sizable advertising dealership, but none of them wanted to give myself and others a chance because I had no experience. I could not afford to start a task that was not a paid internship. I landed a position task with a digital marketing dealership. The digital marketing contractor wanted myself and others to job in the search engine optimization area. I wasn’t exactly blissful about the task, but it was a task plus I felt that I could not say no. The monetary compensation was pretty wonderful plus the digital marketing dealership wasn’t too far from our apartment, and commuting 1st thing in the morning would be an absolute breeze. My first project at the digital marketing contractor was to work with a client to set up their Heating, Ventilation & A/C service company with a website, new logo, pay per click (PPC) advertising, plus keywords. I do not mind being the person that has to deal with the angriest customers. I would prefer to believe that our happy disposition allows myself and others to deal with clients in a particular way, then i will try to get to the bottom of the issue. I tried to listen to the clients when they have an issue that they do not suppose is being handled the proper way, however most clients just want to be listened to, plus to agree that the situation is terrible. Modular laundry room because we need the space

A big decision in my house was where to put the laundry.

The previous homeowner had a backyard shed that they put the washer and dryer hookups in there.

I wasn’t pleased at all. The shed serves as my home gym and a washer and dryer would cut the space in half. Also, the walk to and from the house is unpleasant. I don’t want to carry a full basket of clothes that far and through sand as well. It was a pain. My husband and I put washer and dryer hookups in a spare bedroom and that worked for a few years. Now I am pregnant and we have realized the washer and dryer again need to move. The baby has to go in that room. I don’t know how I feel about putting my child where my washer and dryer are. I looked at building an addition and it was obscene. What I think we will end up doing is using a shipping container laundry room. Modular laundry rooms are becoming more popular. The shipping container has washer and dryer hookups in it. You can have a door that locks and windows in there. You can even splurge to have heating and cooling. The shipping container can be replaced anywhere on the property. We have a side door that leads to nothing. I think I will set the modular laundry room right by that door. The washer and dryer are out of the way but the walk isn’t so far for me. It is a win-win situation.

I have a neighbor who is always telling me how I’m just wasting my money on the HVAC equipment.

We belong to an HVAC service plan that comes with lots of perks and benefits.

But the most important of those is the seasonal maintenance. This is the thing that really makes a big difference in the quality heating and air part of our lives. We are so lucky to live where a lot of people choose to vacation. And it’s wonderful to be able to live that way for sure. But with that comes a pretty brutal summer. The temperatures stick right around the hundred degree mark while the humidity percentage isn’t far behind. This would be so tough to deal with if there was no such thing as commercial HVAC and more importantly, residential HVAC. I’m from this area so I know how essential it is to take care of the HVAC equipment. The heating and cooling equipment, is the stuff that takes care of us so I have to take care of it. I find the HVAC service plan to be such a value. I’m 18 years in and I’ve never had one minute of problems when it comes to air conditioning. Still, I make sure the heat pump gets the heating maintenance in the fall. I feel like it’s sort of an apres summer check up because we just don’t use that much HVAC heating at all during our mild winter. My neighbor doesn’t believe in HVAC maintenance. But when you ask him how many times the air conditioning has gone out during the summer, he clams up tight.
