I found online that people use a sun control window film to stop their fabrics from discoloring. I should have gotten the window film installed right with the rug. Now I am screwed. I found my rug again online plus I am debating on reading it, and but, I would need to pull up all the rugs in my lake house plus lay it down again. It is only three years old! I do not want the poor air quality or our central heat and a/c machine splitting down, but plus our skin was so dry I felt extra horrible… So the whole point of this story is to say that you always should have an air filter in your central heating and air conditioner unit, however no matter what, even if you do not remember to change the air filter a single week, it will not do as much disfigure as having no air filter at all!
