My brother & I take turns hosting the 4th of July party. Last year, was supposed to be our brother’s turn, but his husband went into labor. There was no way he was going to host a party when the baby was only a month old. She wouldn’t be up to it, & the baby didn’t need strangers hanging around her. She said he would help at our house, but I told his that showing up would be great, but I wasn’t allowing his to do anything. The afternoon of the picnic started out moderate & sunny. I kneel the food out on the patio tables, where the two of us had portable cooling systems. My husband & his brother were cooking burgers, steaks, sizzling pets, & shrimp on the BBQ. By the time the guests had all arrived, the temperatures had climbed into the nineties. No one wanted to be outside, because the humidity was as high as the temperatures. All of us moved all the food into the kitchen so it could stay refrigerated & took all the folding chairs onto the patio. All of us could be outside, while still being inside, & enjoying cooling system, grandmother was happy that he didn’t need to kneel in the sun. All of us all knew he minded the heat & humidity even more now that he was older. All of us spent most of the afternoon in the condo with the cooling system, but the two of us still had a great time. Who said a picnic isn’t a picnic if it’s held indoors. The teenagers played hide & seek in the air-conditioned basement when they weren’t playing video games, pool, or some other game that was hidden away down there.

They had a sizable pavilion that seats fifty people, & the bathrooms were close to the pavilion… Last year, mom & Mom sold their condo & bought something smaller.

They said it was time to downsize. The only condo with an section sizable enough to hold fifty to one hundred people, was mine. All of us had a sizable field near the house, & all the two of us had to do was rent a sizable tent & several sizable picnic tables. My parents said about renting some portable cooling system units for the tent, but even they weren’t enough to keep people cool when the tent was in the middle of an open field. The teenagers were great with running out in the sun, but our family had a lot of elderly people. My husband opened the enclosed patio for anyone who wanted to prefer the cooling system, and he put a sign up to the door that no one between the ages of many & forty were allowed inside, unless you had a medical reason. I chuckled at that one. There was no way I was going to stay outside in the heat when I could go into our ‌patio & prefer the cooling system. I told our husband that our mother & Grandmother wanted myself and others to kneel & play poker with them. He knew it was a sorry excuse, but the only one I could come up with. I could hear music coming from the tent, & remembered there were portable cooling systems inside. All of us danced, played cards & games, & appreciated the cooling system in the tent, until long after midnight.

I can already tell that the home will need a trenchelss sewer repair that includes a trenchelss sewer line replacement. The reason I want trenchless plumbing is because the property has very nice landscaping. Right now, the house is vacant. So, I know it’s the right time to call for the sewer line repair. Otherwise, if a tenant is occupying the home I could be looking at the increased cost of hiring an emergency plumber. The moral of the story is that a rental property can be a great investment, but you have to avoid major repairs such as emergency plumbing. The other piece of advice I have is that before you agree on a purchase price, things such as the plumbing should be assessed and if your property will need trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, it’s best to negotiate a lower price.

I truthfully think that I would have been disappointed if I would have to choose to do something else. However, I won’t lie and tell you that I loved working as an actual heating plus air conditioning serviceman at first, but actually, I found the training to become an actual heating plus air conditioning serviceman to be pretty complicated, which truthfully surprised me. Trying to figure out what was wrong with an oil furnace or a central cooling system was pretty complicated, and I found that it was a reading curve. However, after I began reading more about how heating plus air conditioning units work, the process began to get a little simpler, and I started to realize that I loved the challenge. Now, I have been working on heating plus air conditioning units for a long time, and I can say with confidence that I entirely adore our job!

I will never quit being an HVAC technician.

Honestly, I think that I love my job as an HVAC technician too much to ever really consider quitting my job as an HVAC technician.

Why would I ever give up a job that I love doing so much? When I first decided that I was going to become an HVAC technician, I didn’t know that I would enjoy it so much. I only became an HVAC technician because it was the only trade that I thought that I would enjoy. There wasn’t really a job that I wanted to do more than anything else, so I just had to pick a job and commit to it. I am so thankful that I committed to being an HVAC technician because I discovered that I really enjoyed working as an HVAC technician. I honestly think that I would have been disappointed if I would have chosen to do something else. However, I won’t lie and tell you that I enjoyed working as an HVAC technician at first. Actually, I found the training to become an HVAC technician to be pretty complicated, which honestly surprised me. Trying to figure out what was wrong with a furnace or a central air conditioner was pretty complicated, and I found that it was a learning curve. However, after I began learning more about how HVAC units work, the process began to get a little simpler, and I started to realize that I enjoyed the challenge. Now, I have been working on HVAC units for a long time, and I can say with confidence that I really enjoy my job!

I’m always busy either doing work, attending night classes, or making plans with my family or friends.

I never really have any spare time and I need to get my sleep through the night, so I don’t like to stay up too long into the night.

I barely have enough to adjust my temperature control settings when I’m finished with work and want to go to bed. And you should know, if I don’t have the time to do that, I probably don’t have time to schedule repair and maintenance appointments for my HVAC system. Well, that changed in recent times when I spoke with an HVAC professional and got myself enrolled into an HVAC maintenance plan. This plan is great because I can confirm appointments on the app and easily work it into my schedule. Sometimes I have my wife there to meet with the HVAC professional, and there are times when I take time off my work to be there to make sure the HVAC expert can do his thing. This has been awesome because not only are we saving a lot of money on the HVAC maintenance through a special plan, but I no longer have to worry about the HVAC system breaking down because I didn’t have time to get the HVAC maintenance taken care of. I still am short on time and I feel like there is never enough, but that’s why I’m so thankful to have something like an HVAC service plan and these guys are very flexible with my schedule too. If something important comes up on the date of the HVAC maintenance, I can easily reschedule the date on the app!

I was nervous when I installed a ductless multi split HVAC with my friends at my home.

They actually convinced me that it was better to install these heating and cooling systems on your own, so you didn’t have to pay a small fortune to the local HVAC contractors.

The thing is, the professionals are certified experts, while we were just a bunch of guys watching installation tutorials. I also was bothered by the fact that the warranty would be void, but I just wanted to finish the installation. I was so happy when we had everything hooked up and we were able to release the refrigerant from the lines to the system. The line sets actually come with pre compressed refrigerant which is pretty cool. Now, I was led to believe that the system came with enough refrigerant to run the whole system, but that I guess was not accurate. We tried running the cooling system and it wasn’t working like it should. Then a code flashed on the screen and we looked up that code. It said the refrigerant was low and therefore the system could not function as it was meant to until the refrigerant was topped. I thought we were going to have to call an HVAC expert afterall, but one buddy said we could get a refrigerant refill kit for a car, because it uses the same refrigerant. We had to get an adapter so we could refill the HVAC unit correctly, but it actually worked! After that, the HVAC system was working great and I gave a huge sigh of relief.

When I got a promotion for work, I had to move into the city.

I ended up looking at places to live first thing. There were some undesirable apartment buildings, but then I found this very impressive apartment building. The apartments were all huge with at least 3 bedrooms in each! This would be perfect for my family. If that wasn’t cool enough, these were all smart apartments all furnished and hooked up with advanced smart technology. I mean we’re talking about smart HVAC systems with rapid heating and cooling technology. You can easily connect to the smart thermostat and make the adjustments as needed. When you do this, the smart thermostat also learns your preferred temperature control settings at particular times of the day, so a program is automatically created for you without having to go through the hassle of programming everything on your own. There are Alexa devices so you can ask to have the stereo play certain tunes and you can even order groceries from the fridge! The convenience of the apartment is so impressive. Now given, these apartments are not cheap, but since I was making way more salary anyway, I didn’t mind letting my family live in luxury for a change as we could afford it! We also have some awesome neighbors in the building. We have a gym in the building and a swimming pool and we run into our neighbors all the time. They are actually some of the friendliest people I’ve ever spoken too, and I feel that I don’t have to worry about my family being in any danger around these people.

I’ve been an HVAC professional for over 5 years and never had anybody accused me of stealing from them until recently.

My boss called me into his office to speak with me about an important matter.

He said a customer called to complain that I stole something valuable from his house. When I asked what that could possibly have been, the boss said the customer claimed I stole a whole box of new air filters. I had to try to keep myself from laughing, but the boss was pretty serious about this. He said he couldn’t have any employees working for him who were thieves. I told him straight up that I was no thief, but even so, the boss said I needed to go see that customer and give him an apology or I would lose my job. I thought it was ridiculous, but he was firm on this decision. So I went to the house feeling miserable and went to tell the guy that I didn’t steal the air filters from him at all. Well, it was crazy when he apologized to me. He said that he always kept the air filters in a certain spot, but evidently his wife moved the box for some reason. When he saw they were missing after I worked on the HVAC, he just assumed that I took the air filters. I told him that I would have no use for air filters that weren’t even the right size for my own HVAC, so why would I possibly take them. Not to mention the risk of losing my job. He apologized again, and his wife even baked me some cookies. I took the cookies, thanked the people and went on my way. I told the boss everything that happened right away, and he apologized to me also for thinking that I could have stolen from one of the clients.
