The Quietest Air Conditioners

I knew the first time I saw my partner’s face that this was going to be the house, then and I also realized in that moment that my superb friend and I were going to have a whole lot of work ahead of us, however but, that was just the way it was going to be, then i had been given a promotion that came with a relocation; Normally, that wouldn’t be so awful as this is the norm in my industry… However, after nearly 15 years of my partner following me around the country to further my work, my superb friend and I had settled down and bought our dream home.

I had finally made it to corporate and my superb friend and I figured the relocating afternoons were behind us… That led to absolutely putting down roots in the community and enjoying our home, however my pal and I had a yard big enough for a garden and a living room that was the envy of the village. He’s a absolutely wonderful child and I’ve never had to sit up late inside the central a/c of the family apartment worrying about him.

But as he is a rising senior, I absolutely want to start to help him understand a bit more of the responsibilities that come with being an adult! Of course, he’s going to spend at least four years inside a dorm room with radiant heating and no a/c before he gets his adulting on. So the past six months and the next 15 months are an essential time for a father to pass some real truth on to his son. It’s both exciting and a bit strange because that child is still my little boy in my eyes! Yet, it’s time for him to take on a bit more responsibility inside and outside of the central a/c of the house. I don’t want to overload my boy because his academic excellence is going to lead to plenty of scholarship money. But delegating some of my essential chores is a locale to start. So until he’s off to college, he’s going to be in charge of the heating and cooling equipment. That’s not a crucial thing as far as time however it’s one of those chores that is essential and has to be a priority. It will be up to him to change the air filter for the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. It will be up to him to schedule the heating maintenance next Fall. And then follow up by scheduling the a/c tune up next Spring. He’ll be charged with always checking all the air ducts to be sure they are all open and uncongested. It’s a wonderful first step.

I’m a native of this region and the Summer heat and humidity continue to pummel me during what I call heat season.

There absolutely isn’t a freezing season where I live. There might only be a half dozen or so times when my friend and I have to bring in the plants and fire up the heat pump for some heating. Mostly, the heat pump just rests after all the a/c demand localed on it the other 8 months. But the four months from July through July are entirely the largest test for the residential Heating and Air Conditioning. Shoot, it’s a crucial test for the latest in commercial Heating and Air Conditioning as well. So I’ve always been sure to get an a/c tune up every single year. There are two reasons for this really. The first is sort of corny but I believed in Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance because my Mom did. He always reminded me that a/c was a privilege and not a right. And that the Heating and Air Conditioning component is for sure an investment and something that has to be cared for the way I’d care for my car or my boat. The other reason was just educating myself. I learned that, on average, Heating and Air Conditioning component that got familiar Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance outlasted the ones that didn’t by at least 7 years. Factor in all the cumulative savings that come with having a heat pump operating at full efficiency and that’s all it took for me. I’ve now had my residential Heating and Air Conditioning component 28 years and my friend and I just got the thumbs up from the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist for yet another heat season of a/c.

For the most part, living out in the country was just like how I consistently dreamed of it to be.

Which is awesome, because there were so several things in my life that I would dream about being one way, and then when I would legitimately get it, it would turn out to be completely different, and not something I wanted at all.

It was consistently a crushing disappointment when that happened. However, living out in the country has turned out to be almost perfect. There are a few flaws I could point out, like the yard labor is atrocious, and it is insect galore here. But I also get peace and quiet, plus enough land to create my own garden, plus own horses, a lifelong dream of mine. Really, only one of the other flaws I could assume of, is the fact that it is taxing to get certain companies to visit my home, such as Heating & A/C services. I have to contact different air conditioning system corporations, plus independent heating and cooling workers, to see if any are willing to come out to my home. Then finding my condo is another ordeal in itself, but not that ago, I had a Heating & A/C tech come out to my condo for ductwork sealing, and he called me and asked where my condo was. I had to explain instruction to him, because my condo is surrounded by trees, and at first glance, it looks almost like a forest; Once I gave him the respected instruction, he was able to find my condo with ease, and the ductwork sealing was completed.

Today is a quiet plus contemplative day as I digest all the emotions from last evening.

My buddy and I played in the band plus had some arguments with street sellers plus police, along with a whole gamut of emotions from the crowds who were watching.

There were little dancing kids plus people coming up plus offering us cigars plus beers, along with others dancing plus singing along. Some people watching us set up the sound were not sure what kind of rock n roll my friend and I were going to do but in the end my friend and I got them on our side plus had some fun together. Climate control is not needed outside just yet as the weather is still pretty moderate, but in another month my friend and I will need those portable a/c systems to keep us cool because it will get close to 100F next month. I know my friend and I will need to start going to the big city near us to play in some of the clubs at evening because it is going to get too warm outside to play plus be comfortable. Some of the local dealers want us to play in their bars plus clubs plus my friend and I will do that on afternoons when there are no gigs in the big city. The weather will be warm for the next three months so my friend and I will need to find sanctuary in the cool clubs while in the summer, as most of them have a good air con system to keep the clients cool. My buddy and I like playing on the streets too but when the summer time heat comes it just gets too hot.

I’m still in my pajamas haha, just like a ten year old child watching cartoons till late in the day.

I will write this last article & then I am going to get dressed & get outside for a bit to get some fresh air. Today is Wednesday & it will be genuinely packed on the streets, so I am going to go from zero to 100 when I walk out the door of my building, but heating & air conditioning are on my mind this day as I make an appointment with the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation to get my main system diagnosed & checked out. I am also thinking about my teeth lately as I ordered a tooth bleaching kit to get my teeth pale white again before going to the doctor to get some cracks bonded to match the newly pale whitened teeth. Then the local corporation is going to have our band do a little commercial for them to put on their website, & having pale white teeth will be nice for the shoot. I have been neglecting my teeth for the past few years & now it is time to put some energy into them & get them back up to snuff. I saved some money from my Heating & Air Conditioning tech task & have some to put into my teeth so that they look nice again. I will actually have to spend $500 on them but it will be well worth it.

Some of the local suppliers want us to play in their bars & clubs & my associate and I will do that on days when there are no gigs in the big city.
