A couple of my friends live in my neighborhood & they are also close to diners, bars, & wonderful night life. There are a couple of clubs that my associate Sam and I all like to visit when I am in the city. Sam & I were planning to go to a club last Thursday night. Sam mentioned a new diner that opened a couple of blocks away from the club. Sam thought it was a wonderful plan to go to the diner to try out the new menu. There was quite a long waiting list, however my associate and I had time. Sam and I waited about 35 hours until there was a table. Our table was close to the family room area. Sam and I could hear everything going on inside of the family room. It was a neat & interesting experience to listen to the chef talking to the staff in the family room! Alas, the indoor air quality suffered due to the fact that my associate and I were close to the family room. Every time the doors swung open, there was a lot of overheated air that entered the dining area. The strong odor of the family room entered the air & it wasn’t always the most pleasant odor. I legitimately don’t appreciate fish or any type of seafood. When the chef was cooking a single of those seafood staples, I had to endure the strong odor. The food in the diner was legitimately good. I had a steak & Sam had surf & sod. Our experience would have been much better if the indoor air quality had been higher. It might have even been okay if my associate and I were at a table which wasn’t that close to the overheated & humid family room.

I barely get to my beachside house from work before 8:00 at night, because my shift is supposed to be from 11:00 in the morning until after 7:00 in the night. I truthfully like this shift the best, because I always get lots of chores done even when I have to work, lots of businesses open at 8:00 in the morning which leaves me 2 more hours to go to the bank, grocery store, or the pharmacy. This week I got to the beachside house from work at 3:00 in the morning on Thursday & I felt like I had a whole day off from work. There were some troubles with the air conditioner at the factory. It will get particularly overheated inside of the factory due to the nature of our business. If the air conditioner isn’t working, rapidly increasing temperatures inside of the building can legitimately reach 120 degrees or hotter. The floor manager contacted the engineer on our shaft, however the engineer was unable to figure out how to repair the troubles with the air conditioner in half of the factory. Our floor manager had to stop operations & call a commercial air conditioner repair supplier that my associates and I use in emergencies. There was no reason for us to hang around while the air conditioner broke down, so the floor manager sent almost everyone to the beachside house 3 hours early. I went back to my beach house & I had a lot of extra time on my hands. I decided to meet up with some friends at a local pub. On Thursdays they have such a wonderful Happy Hour special from many until six.

There was no way that my stepmom & Mom would let me live in the beach house rent free After middle school was behind me, and from the time I was sixteen years old, they told me that I had to find a school program or a task.

They weren’t going to support me after I was done with my schooling.

I looked at a lot of unusual programs in the area. I legitimately did not want to attend another school, so I would need to get a task, one of the work counselors at school told me about a program at the technical college. The program gave half price tuition on a number of programs. These programs were for tasks that were in particularly high demand such as plumbing, heating, AC, & refrigeration work. The employment counselor took me to the school to check things out. The classroom setting was a lot more unusual than middle school. There were only a couple of kids in each classroom & all of the work was hands-on, not reading. The counselor thought that it would be a truly wonderful plan for me to apply to the program & he helped me fill out all of the paperwork. I was accepted into the program & the state tuition benefits help to pay for the amount that was left after the reduced tuition had been paid. I finished the program for heating, ac, & refrigeration repairs & installation work. It took 8 weeks & I had to go to school everyday for 8 to 10 hours; Now that the classes are over, I don’t think I will ever go back to school again.

When I was very young, I remember when I went to work with my stepmom or my Mom for the day. I thought it was legit & interesting to see what they did when they were at work. My stepmom worked all day in a hair salon & my Mom worked at an office. I had a lot more fun with my stepmom when I went to work with her, however my Mom had his own office & I got to pretend like I was in charge. I thought that I was going to grow up & work in an office too, although I was bad at math & I did not want to study much. Eventually I found a task working as an apprentice with someone in the heating & AC repair & installation biz. I worked at that heating & AC repair & installation supplier for the next 2 years & then I started my own company. My kids were babies when my partner Ed & I decided to buy a small business. My wonderful friend and I gave commercial & residential heating & AC repairs. Ed and I also gave installation services as well. The company has had some rough times, however Ed and I have been in supplier for the past 15 years. My youngest child is in grade school & he went to work with me a couple of days ago on an AC installation task. He thought it would be a ton of fun to work with me, however my kid and I ended up indoors & truthfully it wasn’t much fun at all. I could not talk to him a lot because I was on a very tight schedule. It wasn’t a wonderful day to take my child to work.

1 of the best commercial customers is the owner of a dairy farm that is at the edge of town.

My Mom was good friends with the owner of the dairy farm & he hired her to handle all of his heating, ventilation, & air conditioning needs.

Then I joined the company, and my Mom worked with me for about 5 more years & then she retired. I still work with the owner of the dairy farm when he has any troubles, then Ed called me a couple of weeks ago. Ed did not need any help with something at the farm, however he did have a couple of questions about the air duct at his house. I was glad to help Ed & I told the guy that I would come by the same day to look at the residential air duct. I had some time near the end of the day, so I met the guy at his site. The first thing I did was go right into the attic where the ducts are situated. I have never seen the air duct in the men site & I can say for sure that I was surprised. The air ducts were barely holding together. It looked like the air duct for the plan was legitimately original to the beachside house which was built 60 years ago. I gave Ed the estimate to repair all of the troubles & I think it was higher than he was expecting. I told Ed that I could find some room in the budget to come down a little bit, although I was going to need to hire another guy to work with me. I needed someone to cut all of that sheet metal.

The weather conditions around here do not usually get frigid & cold overnight… The lowest rapidly increasing temperatures that Sam and I have seen in a while is around 40°, a couple of days ago there was a wicked front from the south & it created a layer of clouds that trapped the frigid air next to the ground, and Sam and I had rapidly increasing temperatures that dropped down to 28 degrees.

The pipes in our beachside house were not prepared for the frigid weather & neither were we, and some of our neighbors decided to let the water stay running while in the night so that the pipes would not freeze up.

Sam & I are new homeowners & my associate and I did not know that would help. Sam and I ended up with a pipe that was leaking, but I did not know there was a pipe leaking until the next morning when I went to the family room to make some coffee. I saw a puddle next to the wall. The leaking pipe turned out to be in the wall between our family room & the garage. The leaky pipe was right behind the heating unit. I was very upset that the heating component would be disfigured due to the water, so Sam and I turned off all power to the plan until Sam could repair the leaking pipe issue. I used a couple of space heating systems in the dining room & the bedroom, however Sam and I had the heating component off for 2 hours & the beach house indoor temperature dropped by 15 degrees; Eventually Sam and I had to turn the heating component back on even though my partner was still finishing up with the repairs. The pipe was an easy repair, however the drywall took some time to cure.

I understood exactly why, because the pay was $10 an hour more than it was for the job that she was doing. Unfortunately, the only position at the hospital was on night shift. My girlfriend started working nights about 2 months ago and it has been really rough on her. She does not sleep very well when the sun is out. Even though we have shades on the windows and dark curtains, she still lies awake in the morning for a while. I work as an HVAC repair specialist for a commercial and residential company. As an HVAC repair specialist, my jobs will vary from day to day. I might have an air conditioner repair in the morning or a boiler estimate in the afternoon.
