During our first date, Henry told me all about all his hobbies. He is an active person. He works out six days per week at the gym. He also finds time to hike, cycle, kayak, paddle board, play soccer and run in marathons. He loves to swim, zipline and rock climb. I pretended I also participate in these same types of activities. I didn’t admit that I spent the majority of my free time reading on my ipad and watching cat videos. Since I really liked Henry, I jumped into this more active lifestyle. At first, I wasn’t convinced I would survive it. I was always in pain and exhausted. However, as I improved my physical condition, I started to love it.

I started competing in beauty and talent pageants when I was three years old. When I was a little girl, all I needed to do was smile and model a cute outfit. As I’ve grown older, the competition has become much more demanding. Posture, poise, a knowledge of politics and current events and a physically fit physique are essential to success. I take classes from knowledgeable professionals to work on improving everything about myself. Along with taking good care of my skin, hair and teeth, I need to focus on every aspect of mind and body. I get instruction for my voice and piano playing for my talent. I am attending college and studying sports medicine. I workout everyday to tone and strengthen my muscles. The combination of a good diet plus exercise are necessary to be competitive. I have consulted with a nutritionist and a personal trainer since I was ten years old. I know that what I eat makes a big impact on my complexion, weight, energy levels and ability to sustain a strenuous workout. I never cheat and eat fast foods, processed foods or caffeine. I seldom allow myself a sugary snack. My diet is all about fruits and vegetables. I try to include variety and all sorts of vitamins by eating all different things, such as mangos, papayas, kiwi, kale, almonds, water chestnuts and all sorts of beans. I cook with tofu and quinoa quite often. I meet with a personal trainer six days per week, and we include everything from jogging and swimming to rock climbing and battle ropes. The sessions are tiring. My trainer emphasizes the need for a thorough warmup, stretch and cool down. Due to my efforts, I’ve won enough scholarship money to pay my college tuition.

While I typically devote an hour each day to my fitness program, there are times when my schedule doesn’t leave enough room. However, I intersperse the days of high intensity aerobic activity with exercises targeted at strength training. I believe it’s necessary to concentrate specific muscles and rest others. I’ve stopped lifting heavier weights and switched to lighter weights for higher repetition. I don’t want to build bulky muscles. I am hoping to tone and strengthen. I strive to increase range of motion, flexibility and balance. I attempt to minimize muscle reaction time while building stamina. I support a strict workout routine with a healthy and clean diet. I see no point in punishing myself in the gym if I am just going to offset the results by consuming fast foods or a bunch of sugary snacks. I’ve also seen that when I am including lots of vitamins, minerals and proteins in my diet, I have more energy at the gym. I sleep better, feel better and am definitely more productive for the whole day. By taking good care of myself, I’ve managed to stay young and fit.

Four years ago, I was involved in an especially nasty car crash.

We sat down for a consultation and I liked her right away. Her experience and knowledge were reassuring. Once we began the training sessions, I discovered that she is especially skilled at motivating me. She wouldn’t let me quit on anything and yet she was really aware of my limitations. I’ve been working out with my personal trainer for almost a year. I’ve gained so much strength, balance and range of motion. I have more stamina every day. The pain is lessening. For the first time since our accident, I finally have hope of a full recovery.

It took myself and others so long to come to this conclusion, because I was actually trying to avoid paying for a new HVAC appliance upgrade. Those not only took awhile to install, however they were extremely costly. Honestly, at this rate, with the amount of times this heating appliance has been repaired, I might have come close to getting a new one by now. The HVAC appliance worker came out and looked at my outdated broken oil furnace. He told myself and others it was probably a lemon, and when I explained my situation some more, about how I was trying to avoid an extravagant repair, he asked about my warranty on the heating appliance. That’s when I sheepishly informed him that I threw it away a long time ago, because I never thought I would need it. I know, a foolish move, but anyways, I did finally get a new HVAC appliance. This time, I am keeping the warranty and hoping for far better luck than my last one.

I had to do something for the HVAC worker who fixed my A/C

I’m not actually sure what has been going on with the weather recently, it has been just terrible plus unpredictable lately… The other month it was raining every single day plus cool, this month it has been incredibly overheated plus humid.

Every single day it is over 90 degrees plus you can easily feel the humidity in the air, it’s awful.

I have been avoiding going outside this entire month only to avoid that feeling. Unluckily for the Heating as well as Air Conditioning machine specialist, I had a Heating as well as Air Conditioning machine appointment for this week. I easily felt bad for the Heating as well as Air Conditioning machine workers that are still going out plus repairing air conditioner machines in the hot weather.
