I think buying this robot vacuum cleaner was the best purchase I’ve made in my whole life. Well, buying my sound system so my band could play outside was also another really good acquisition, but the robot vacuum cleaner makes life a lot easier at home. I really don’t like to vacuum and having this robot do the work is so nice because I can just push one button before I leave the flat and come home an hour or so later to clean floors. The thing also can mop the floors by simply putting on a mop attachment. HEPA filters don’t normally come with a robot vacuum cleaner, but I went to the HVAC company and they had some ones you could cut to size so I got one for this machine. All of my floors are hardwood floors and the robot easily moves through the whole flat without an issue and cleans all of the floors with just the push of a button. The local contractor who sold it to me told me that the robot will probably last me ten more years till I need to replace it. That is a great deal considering the thing only cost $135. I have HVAC zone control now in my flat and that saves me a lot of money seeing that I can cool down just my bedroom at night and not have to cool the whole flat down at the same time. My flatmate likes it a lot warmer at night in her bedroom, so this zone control works perfect for this kind of situation.

I got my cats locked up in the bathroom for a little bit while my robot vacuum cleaner cleans the floors. If I let the cats out while it is running they end up attacking it and stopping it from doing its job. So they will stay in lockdown for another 45 minutes while my robot and I do our work. I also put them in segregation when they keep bothering me when I am trying to write as they like to plop on my chest while I am trying to type. I have two cats and the local business near me gave them to me a year ago when they reduced them from behind their building where the air conditioner is located. There were nine kittens they found and they managed to rescue seven of them and find home for them. I was going to take just one but the HVAC worker told me it is better to have two of them, so now I have a brother and sister to keep each other entertained while I am working away with my heating and cooling system writing job. Also, they are too expensive or have too much mileage on them. Mileage should not be a problem, though, if the vehicle has been well looked after. I have an appointment with my healthcare expert this afternoon, but it’s not urgent, plus I don’t even know if it’s necessary for me to go because my stomach problems are better now, so I don’t know what to do because I would actually like to go to the beach on this fantastic day. I am also thinking about my teeth lately as I ordered a tooth bleaching kit to get my teeth white again before going to the dentist to get some cracks bonded to match the newly whitened teeth. Then the local business is going to have our band do a little commercial for them to put on their website, and having white teeth will be good for the shoot. I have been neglecting my teeth for the past few years and now it is time to put some energy into them and get them back up to snuff. I saved some money from my HVAC tech job and have some to put into my teeth so that they look nice again. I will probably have to spend $500 on them but it will be well worth it.

Today is a quiet and contemplative day as I digest all the emotions from last night.

We played in the band and had some confrontations with street sellers and police, along with a whole gamut of emotions from the crowds who were watching.

There were little dancing kids and people coming up and offering us cigars and beers, along with others dancing and singing along. Some people watching us set up the sound were not sure what kind of music we were going to do but in the end we got them on our side and had some fun together. Climate control is not needed outside just yet as the weather is still pretty moderate, but in another month we will need those portable air conditioning systems to keep us cool because it will get close to 100F next month. I think we will need to start going to the big city near us to play in some of the clubs at night because it is going to get too hot outside to play and be comfortable. Some of the local businesses want us to play in their bars and clubs and we will do that on days when there are no gigs in the big city. The weather will be hot for the next three months so we will need to find sanctuary in the cool clubs during the summer, as most of them have a good air con system to keep the patrons cool. We like playing on the streets too but when the summer heat comes it just gets too hot.
