My wife and I own many houses, plus all of us divide our time between them.

All of us often spend the months from May to October in the north and the rest of the year down south.

Our goal is to enjoy the best weather in each spot. All of us hope to avoid the snow and temperatures in the negatives. My wife and I also avoid the excessive summer heat and humidity in the south. While her and I really love the many homes, there are some challenges. Leaving a house empty for a few months is a bit stressful. All of us worry about pipes getting cold and bursting, storm wreckage, fire and home invasion. After returning to the 1 new home plus finding a busted window from a fallen branch with no plan of how long our living room had been exposed to the elements, we decided to be more proactive. I did some research plus had a security idea installed into both homes. My wife and I now have glass sensors that automatically alert us if a window gets disfigured or open. There are alarms on all of the doors so that we’re notified if anyone goes in or out, but surveillance cameras placed in strategic locations allow us to watch real time video. It doesn’t matter where we are, we can always access the security idea through an app on our phone or tablet. It gives us peace of mind. All of us no longer arrive from the airport plus wonder what disaster all of us might find. All of us can even adjust the control unit plus lighting so that the house is ready for arrival.

When I first graduated from my school, I was faced with a tremendous amount of debt; I had student loans to pay, health insurance, a car payment and I’d accumulated charges on our credit card. Although I managed to land a job within my selected field, it was an entry level position. I was making barely enough cash to cover our weekly payments. I needed to be genuinely careful with all expenses; There wasn’t a lot let over to cover rent. I accepted the cheapest home I could locate. The accommodations were rundown and cramped, then my front door didn’t close that well and all of the windows were sealed shut. The faucets dripped, and there was only enough tepid water for an early morning shower. If I attempted to use the microwave while the dishwasher was running, I tripped the breaker. In the Winter, there were cold drafts seeping in around all the windows and doors. The heating plan was positively old and not at all energy smart. I set the thermostat as low as I could tolerate and bundled up in layers of sweaters and blankets. In the summer season, I couldn’t afford to run the air conditioner. I got by with window fans, and living in that home was genuinely terrible. I couldn’t wait to transport into better accommodations, however, the bad conditions inspired myself and others to work hard, put in lots of hours and earn a promotion and a raise. As soon as I started making more currency, I found a much nicer home in a safer location. I then realized that the higher efficiency appliances made for lower energy costs and I wasn’t spending all that much more to live way better.

Every week, the people I was with and I have this routine card party at our house. All the women in the card club come over for lunch & to relax for a long while. We throw cash into the pot to pay for lunch & after that I have a long discussion in general over what the people I was with and I are going to order. Last week, it took over an hour and a half to decide what the people I was with and I wanted. I wanted to order fresh salads online, since I was on a diet. Katherine wanted to order from the nearest local food delivery service since she wanted fast food. Sue wanted to order chicken from the local food delivery service. By the time the people I was with and I made all our personal , the people I was with and I ended up ordering salads online. One had a tuna salad sandwich, & another had her fried chicken on the salad. While waiting for the food delivery service, the beautiful people I was with and I relaxed & finally got to play some pinochle. We were all laughing really hard when the doorbell rang. Instead of ten different drivers, there were only 3 delivery persons. They were all from local food delivery service, apparently, since the people I was with and I couldn’t order salads online from exactly the same diner. They didn’t all have the same salads on their menu. Unfortunately, the people I was with and I didn’t get to complete the game in the end. We care about our time together, & thanks to food delivery services, we have a lot of laughter.

My child came to my apartment from school Last year & asked if she could have a sleepover.

• I knew I had to toil at the office all weekend, & I had to make sure our partner didn’t have any plans.

When I talked to him, my man told me he would take care of the women. He even would set out the sleeping bags in the basement. There was a playroom & an entertainment center located in the basement. Once the women got settled in, she really wouldn’t have to worry about them. I told him they would need to have popcorn & maybe some delicious sweets, but he was still okay. I thought he was going to go shopping quickly, since I left him a list, but didn’t. I went to toil & distraught the entire time. When I got to my apartment the next afternoon, there were food containers all over the entire family room & our partner laid on the sofa. The women huddled on the floor, watching The Little Mermaid for hours, & shushing me while pointing to our partner. My child said she had passed out immediately after the second round of karaoke. She had ordered desserts online at the Grub Hub site that night. She had also ordered fast food delivery & many other local food delivery services. I was nervous to look around at first. Other than all the local food delivery services taking all our extra cash, it looked to me as if the party was a success, & dad even earned a high status with her daughter.

I have always suffered with allergies that is why I was excited to buy a home with ductless HVAC.

• With my old house, it didn’t matter how often I had the ductwork cleaned, I still always had allergies.

Even though HEPA filters did little to help. We happened to be in the market for a new home anyway and then we came across this gem. It had everything we wanted plus it had a ductless HVAC system so we bought the house. Of course we could have just had a ductless HVAC system installed in our old home but I am so glad that we didn’t have to. We absolutely love our new house. We moved in 4 months ago and my allergies have been so much better. I know that the ductless HVAC system is largely responsible for this fact. Although, having no carpeting in the house helps some too. I really wish we had found this house earlier. I know I have already said it but I really like the ductless HVAC system. It is not only because of the allergy thing either. I like the ductless HVAC system also because it is a zoned HVAC. That means that we can set the thermostats differently in every room of the house if we wanted too. This is nice because we like our bedroom colder than the rest of the house. Before we accomplished this with portable A/C in the bedroom or space heaters in the living room. Now we can store those things away and just adjust the temperatures in our bedroom.

You kind of have to in order to afford a horse.

Well, I don’t have a lot of money. I am not dead broke either but I am doing all I can do to afford to keep food in my belly and in my horse’s belly. I board my horse as cheaply as possible and I rent a tiny apartment for myself. That is why I always jump at good bargains. I recently bought a horse trailer with a little changing room for just a few hundred dollars. I have always wanted to have a trailer of my own so I can go horse camping. The only real issue with the trailer is that it has no A/C. In this area it would be hard to sleep in a metal trailer with not A/C. I know someone who installed a window A/C unit in her horse trailer and it looks terrible. I was looking for an alternative when I came across portable air conditioners. On the one had a portable air conditioner take up a lot more valuable space inside of the changing room. On the other hand, I was able to cut a much smaller hole in my trailer in order to accommodate the portable air conditioner. Additionally, the portable air conditioner works so well that I can get my little sleeping space down to about 60 degrees rather quickly no matter how hot it is outside. I can’t wait to take it camping now. We will have so much fun.

Since we have made our home in the countryside, I prefer to take our family on scenic drives during the weekend when we aren’t chained to a desk. The two of us look for new sites to discover, be it parks, local zoos, or monuments. Some of our preferred outings with our family involve hanging out at nature preserves. My partner plus I pack sandwiches plus chips for our children plus they get to play outside after we eat. It’s a fantastic way for our partner plus I to unwind after a stressful task week, plus our children work off energy in the process. This week we’ve decided to go somewhere else. The two of us decided to check out this new honey ranch that is a few miles down the road from our rural home. It is run by a professional beekeeper who is appreciated for his artisan honeys that he sells on the internet to clients all over the world. I had read such interesting things about his honey plus was glad when he announced that he was going to relocate his honey farm to a location near our home. When I called them to ask about whether we could come see it, they informed me that there is a small storefront where you can purchase honey. I asked them about their bees plus discovered that the beekeeper also sells his services of honey bee relocation team that goes to do honey bee relocation services for people who are infested. Instead of exterminating the honey bees, the beekeeper’s relocation team saves them and puts the honey bees in a box and takes them to the honey farm. They’re slowly introduced into the bigger bee population that is consistently tied up at task creating new honey to be sold online.

It’s nice I was able to buy a house with a large backyard for our children plus pets to play in. When we were looking for a home several years ago, I knew that it would be smart to find not only a new home with enjoyable indoor space, but also plenty of outdoor space as well. The two of us were exceptionally fortunate when we were able to score this house. Otherwise we might have had to get into a bidding war prefer so more than 2 are right now as new home prices soar. I read somewhere that some people are selling their homes for 65% above the price they paid as little as more than 2 years ago. Dreaming about equity grown that abruptly is absolutely mind boggling to me to say the least. Maybe we’ll be blessed if we ever decide to get a new place to live, but I could see us staying here for well over a decade or longer. The two of us have enough space for all of our children plus a play space in the backyard. Unluckyly, our daughter started hollering from the backyard yupterday plus I ran outside at breakneck speed. She said she was stung plus I noticed that there were a bunch of wasps the slide in the play area. Since I could see at least a dozen critters on the small hive, I figured it might be smart to call an exterminator. I am not skilled enough to properly eradicate yellow sweaters without getting stung myself. I am happy I was able to locate a reputable exterminator nearby plus they agreed to come out the same day. Now the yellow jacket hive is history plus our children can play without being paranoid.

Until recently, our church had a small congregation. Everyone knew each other, and we all spent Sundays together. However, the leaders in our town had grand plans in mind. The National highway would pass here and bring lots of new opportunities. Once that took place, there was a population boom. Our once quiet town was now full of fast-paced establishments and lots of people. All of them needed a place to worship on Sunday and chose our church. The priests were happy, but that posed a new problem. Every Sunday, the congregation grew, and the room was too hot. The small indoor AC could no longer cool everyone. My routine consisted of cleaning out the air filters and checking the ventilation units. I was glad to play such a unique role in a place dear to many people. Additionally, the air conditioner was a blessing and opened many more doors for my business to grow. Now I run HVAC maintenance for many other people and businesses in our growing town.

He informed me that the company had decided to make my job permanently remote. For the last few months, I’d been working from home and loved it. It reflected in my productivity, which is why my boss made the decision. I was so delighted and went to work planning a home office. Up until that day, I’d been working on my kitchen table.
